Mike Dawson, Chief Executive Officer

Mike received a BA in Entrepreneurial Management from California State University of Fresno. He
is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Craig's School of Business located in CSUF. Mike
has worked for and consulted with many Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Martin and CH Robinson.

Mike is the active Broker for Realco. Also he consistently ranks in the Top 10 agents in the Fresno
MLS for sold real estate. Last year selling more than $15 million in MLS Volume in Fresno homes.

Mike's experience in Real Estate branches over a decade, working with some of the most
competitive Agencies in the industry. This vast experience with other brokerages has helped him
develop effective real estate programs for Realco, ultimately changing the way real estate is bought and sold.

He served on the Fresno MLS committee for 2 years and his active participation in the Real Estate
market gives him the knowledge needed to help homeowners with their real estate questions.

When not working Mike is active in skiing, snowboarding, white river rafting, and wake boarding.

Mike is continually advancing Realco while striving for excellence from himself and his agents.
